Chawin Pongpajon is a lecturer at the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, where he teaches and supervises Thai language arts pre-service teachers for secondary schools. Additionally, he serves as an educational researcher at the Multicultural Studies and Social Innovation Centre (MSSIC) of the university, focusing on Education, Conflict, and Peacebuilding.
Chawin holds a B.Ed in Secondary Education (Teaching Thai) (Hons) from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, and an M.Ed in Education with a focus on curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment from the University of Melbourne, Australia. Since September 2019, he has been on leave to pursue a doctorate in Education, Practice and Society at IOE, UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, under the supervision of Professor Tejendra Pherali and Professor Elaine Chase, with an expected completion date in 2024.
